Days 1–5 are about finding the body again. Shivangi is a sophisticated practitioner of philosophy who has been away from structured practice — she does not need explanations, she needs a container. These five sessions establish that container: the mantra opens, the warm-up wakes the joints, the asanas work the hips and spine, the breath settles, and savasana closes. The practice arc for the phase is opening → settling → finding the body. By day 5 Shivangi should feel the session as a familiar shape — something she arrives at, not something she figures out. Asanas stay gentle: butterfly, cat–cow, paschimottanasan, balasana, cow, and an early introduction to padmasana. Anulom-vilom is the only pranayama throughout the phase — cycle counts increase across the five days as breath capacity deepens.
